2. Estimates and Quotes

We base all estimates on the information available during inspection. However, if our team discovers hidden damage or unexpected conditions after work begins, additional charges may apply.

Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless we state otherwise. When you approve an estimate, you authorize Dignified Restoration to begin the described work.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due when services are complete unless we agree in writing to different terms.
  • For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work starts. We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and approved electronic transfers.
  • Invoices that remain unpaid after 15 days may incur late fees or collection activity. If an insurance company delays or denies payment, you are still responsible for the full balance.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. Therefore:

  • Please cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • Same-day cancellations or missed appointments may result in a service call charge.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
